Jars of Clay Property Management, LLC. is a full service property management company. We have multiple services that we offer to ensure we are meeting your needs. We can do it all with our full service management agreement, or we can simply place a tenant in your vacant property for you and let you handle the rest after they sign the lease. Resident Placement
Not interested in our full service management? No problem! We have the option you may be looking for. We can advertise your property available for rent with our multiple advertising websites, show your property, screen potential residents, and execute the rental agreement.
With our resident placement program once the resident signs the lease the rest is up to you! We will inform the resident of who they will be working with during their lease and hand over all pertinent information to the owner of the property.
